Description of the theft
Bike was left in front of Wells Fargo at 333 Market Street at top of stairs at the Bart Station. Bike was stolen by using a pry bar to force open the lock. Theft happened 9/12/2015 likely between 3 and 5:30pm as helmet, lock, and pry bar were all found at the scene at 6pm by me.
