Description of the theft
I locked the bike at the bike rack nearest to the 24 hour fitness gym's entrance at 7 pm. At 8:30 pm, I came back to the rack without my bike there. 2 racks down towards Stewart Street, I found my cut cable lock hanging from a different rack than where I left my bike.
