Description of the theft
Bike was locked to a bike rack in the walkway between the Grand Hyatt and the Marriott while we went to Seaport Village. When we returned about an hour later the bike was gone. According to Hyatt security a security camera captured an adult Hispanic male and an adult Hispanic female come up to the bike with pliers and cut the lock. They had a baby carriage with them and appeared to be transients.
