Description of the theft
Parked my bike at the south side of the Mechanical Engineering Building on the UofA campus. Locked with a Ulock and cable. Left it from 6:50-9pm to write a midterm, came back to a snapped lock on the floor. Poor quality bike left on the floor near the bike locks.
