Description of the theft
I was loading my bike into my car at 8:15am on Friday, July 3. I was adjusting the backseat to fit the bike in while I leaned the bike against my car. Less than a minute later I looked up and it was gone. I had noticed two people on the street: a street cleaner and a guy across the street walking. It was not busy. One thing of note is that I heard a sharp, long whistle as I rolled my bike out of our building. The whistle could have potentially been a signal to someone.
