Description of the theft
Bike was stolen from outside my workplace, Innova physical therapy, sometime between 7:30 am and 7:15 pm. Went to ride my bike home and found the lock had been cut and the bike gone. The bike has teal pedals and a black rear mount bike rack. The panniers were not on the bike when stolen, thank goodness.
