Description of the theft
Car with two bikes was parked on Beck Street. A car drove by, pulled over quickly, passenger got out and ran back to the parked car with the bikes. The individual maneuvered the bike out of the rack and rode off on the bike. The car was a silver older audi with sunroof, possibly 1996 a6 model. Individual looked to be mid 20s, had a hoodie on, pulled up over a hat, and backpack.
