Description of the theft
Stolen along with another fellow tourists bike from the HI Hostel at 1009 11th St. NW Washington DC on Friday the 5th of August 2016 around 10pm from what we were told was a secure area accessible only to hostel guests. I was on a ride from Ft. Myers FL to Plymouth Massachusetts. Yes they were both locked.
