Description of the theft
I had locked by bike to a bike rack outside of MoMA Ps1 during their WarmUP concert series. This was a popular event for bike riders, so it was the only spot available when I parked it, and was missing when I came out of the show. This was the middle of the day, outside of a security exact where a guard was posted for the museum, and in a spot that was obstructed by a USPS truck.
