Description of the theft
This bike was on a locked vehicle bike rack in between two other bikes with U locks. This bike only had cable lock. Bike rack was damaged to get access to this bike. Cut cable with new bolt cutter which was left at scene. Happened between 10:30pm and 4:30am.
