Description of the theft
On the afternoon of 4/12/24 at 2:35pm, I parked my bicycle adjacent to the entrance of CVS, positioned directly alongside the garbage bin. The bicycle was secured with a bike chain, and a helmet was affixed to it. I proceeded into the CVS store to purchase, estimating my absence to be between 5 to 10 minutes. Upon returning, I discovered that my bicycle had been stolen.
