Description of the theft
My bike was locked with chain and padlock to the stairwell of my apt building and stolen sometime between 11 pm 10/27/2016 and 7 am 10/28/2016. I wish I had put u lock on it to make harder to steal but was 2 feet from my apt door and we live in garden level apt so they had to go downstairs to see bike!
