Description of the theft
My bike was stolen around noon from outside of Mission Cliffs. The theft was witnessed: a tall, 40ish black man cut the lock and took off with it. I actually saw him later while walking back to my office riding my bike near the homeless encampment on Treat and 15 so I believe he lives nearby.
