Description of the theft
Stolen from an open garage. Residents were at home but momentarily at the back of the house. Dogs barked alerting the homeowners. Two suspects, one on foot and one on the stolen bike, fled down the street. They most likely headed to the nearest BART station at El Cerrito Plaza.
