Description of the theft
This is my son's bike who rode it to work at Creative Minds daycare center in Sellwood. He parked and locked the bike to the bike rack in front of the Center's main entrance. He used a Kryptonite brand heavy duty chain lock. He arrived at work at 9am and took a break at 11:15am which is when he became aware that the bike was missing.
The bike is matte black with bright blue rims. I've attached a photo (only one we have) that shows the bike decorated with pink paper and a balloon but it displays enough of the bike to show color, handlebars, etc.
Just filed a police report and the number listed here is the initial tracking number we received.
