Description of the theft
The bike was last seen at 6:30 PM on 10/09/2023 at 9450 GILMAN Drive, apartment 800 in La Jolla SAN DIEGO. The bike was locked to one of the many bike posts in front of the apartment building. The bike was first noticed missing at 10:45 am on 10/10/2023 with no signs of damage to the post or any obvious clues on the floor where the bike was last seen. The seat mount had been the only modification to the bike, switching it from a quick-release clamp to a bolted-on clamp. The bike was
