Description of the theft
On September 5th at about 8:30pm I went to the Walmart and locked my scooter on the bike rack out front. I went instead to the McDonald's inside for just under 20mins, when I came back out it was gone, I believe they guessed the combo, since it was a cheap pink word combo lock (I know, I learned my lesson next time I will get the proper lock) It has a plastic hook attached to the side closest to the rider attached via the two screws near the handles
