Description of the theft
Locked bike to rack outside of Fred Meyers, came out ten
minutes later bike was gone. Cable lock cut on ground. Thief
left old beat-up cruiser bike. Witnesses (local panhandlers)
not particularly helpful in describing thief. Fred Meyers staff
would not give me access to security cam video.
