Description of the theft
I locked my bike to a steel fence at Walmart. Went shopping, exited the building and saw a man sitting on my bike messing with the lock. I confronted him and he dropped a couple of personal belongings and took off. I chased him for a little bit while on the phone with the police but lost him.
