Description of the theft
Bike was stolen by three men, two on bikes and one on foot. Security camera shows them entering the parking garage adjacent to the Target store on Northgate Way. One man stops and points to my bike which is just out of the camera view (my bike was the only one parked at the garage bike rack). The men go out of view of the camera for a mere one minute and then reappear exiting the garage with three bikes. Obviously one of the bikes was mine.
