Description of the theft
Left bike at racks in front of the former Naropa building near the parking lot owned by Tebo properties around 850 am with a black Bern helmet while I walked to the Diagonal Court neighborhood. When I returned to the bike around 245pm It was gone and my helmet was clipped to the rack where the bike was.
