Description of the theft
The bicycle was locked with a U Lock on the front wheels and frame. The back wheels and part of the frame was locked with
a wire lock at around 8 pm on the 20th of September. 9 pm, 20th, it was still in the right place. 8 am I was told by my friend
that my bike is gone. The front wheel, u lock and the severed wire lock was left behind.
The bike was parked at the Peter Lougheed Hall's outdoor bike parking area.
