Description of the theft
The bike was stolen off my bike rack in the five minutes I walked in to my buddies house before going for a ride. There was a line scooter lying on the sidewalk next to my car, so I’m assuming the guy was on the scooter and then decided to take the bike. After driving around the area immediately after the theft, we were unable to find him.
At 8 pm, someone saw the guy walking the bike with his dog near 22nd and Cherry st near Garfield high school. We have photos of the guy with the bike
