Description of the theft
I parked the bike in front of Joe's Pizza downtown. Distracted by street musicians I forgot to lock it to the rack, and went into Joe's for dinner. When I came out, of course, it was gone. The owner of Joe's had video of the theft from a security camera, and gave a still of the thief to the police.
