Description of the theft
Finished a ride along the Mckenzie river in Oregon. Stopped at Ike's, a small pizza joint in a small town. Parked the car with the bikes in front of shop, sat in window to eat pizza and watch the bikes. Snagged the bike off my rack when I wasn't looking and biked off. Caught him on surveillance, white male average height 5'11-6'1. Black tee and baseball cap. Suspect he lives close by.
