Bicycle detail

Bike was secured to the back of a vehicle with a hitch mounted bike rack with integrated key lock. Vehicle was in a well lit outdoor parking lot in front of the Newpark Hotel. Bike was last seen at 9:30pm on 10/9/2015. Bikes were reported missing at 5:00am on 10/10/2015. Bike cable was cut in two places. Another bike was stolen from the same rack. Another vehicle adjacent to ours also had two bikes stolen in a similar manner.
