Description of the theft
I left my bike unlocked outside my friend's place at the address mentioned for a little more than an hour on Sunday morning, November 1st, between the hour of 8-9:15AM. When I exited my bike was gone and another bike (NEXT brand, PX 4.0) was in its place. This (probably) stolen bike had a flat tire, back wheel. My helmet was still there, sitting on the new bike. My bike also had a cable lock wrapped around the top tube and it was locked in place.
