My bike was locked up at the bike rack by the Montrose stop at the CTA blueline train stop around 5:30am, when I returned around 9:00 PM, discovered that it was stolen. Also there was a basket attached to the bike that was gone also. It was a retrospect apollo detachable steel half-mesh with hooks and built-in handle (front)
