Description of the theft
Someone saw the guy ride off. Caucasion male, skinny, approximately 6 foot 3 inches tall, blondish short beard. Cut through my lock with bolt cutters. The bike is black with "mongoose" in red letters. It had a bike flash light taped to the handlebars at the time and an attachable zipper storage compartment under the seat.
