Description of the theft
I literally biked past the person with who had it while riding my girlfriends identical Cortina. The derailleur had snapped so he was walking it. We traded stories and I gave him cash. "Marcos" was his name. Bike was stolen from 2nd and Harrison on Sept 28th - U-lock cut by angle grinder.
