Description of the theft
Parked my bike in the racks on N Lombard Street outside the University Park New Seasons Market during my 1pm-9pm shift at work, and when I came out at the end of the day it was gone. Chained with a cable lock so I presume someone cut the lock.
My bike has black fenders/splash guards on front and back tires, and a blue waterbottle holder attached to the frame. Few scratches on the body. The handlebar stem was extended and sticks up out of the handlebars.
