Description of the theft
Bike was removed while chained to a bike stand for two hours in a busy street on a Sunday afternoon. Filed a police report. Returned to the scene of the crime a couple of hours later and saw a young man riding my bike. The pannier bags had already been removed. I ran after him but wasn't able to catch him. Called the police but they never showed up.
