Description of the theft
The bicycle, a mid/late-90's era (Prob '97 or '98) Devinci brand, New Yorker Series women's bike, forest green with white, a Cloud 9 seat, and all Shimano hardware, disk brakes, handgear etc. Also had a small Louis Garneau bag (about the size to hold a set of keys) on the top bar of the frame. The bike was unlocked, leaning against the wall just outside the 4th floor apartment door and was stolen between 9:30pm and 10:45pm, April 12, 2016.
