This bike was securely locked (both, its front wheel and frame were fastened) with a Ulock to a bike rack at PCC SE Campus, in front of Mt Tabor Hall. It was stolen somewhere
between 11:00am and 3:30pm. Campus police was very apathetic and suggested reporting this theft anywhere but with them. A police report has since been filed with PPD
