Description of the theft
Bike was stolen from carport of 1538 W Thomas St around 9am on 10/29. Suspect was caught on video and photo during theft. Suspect is thin black male, at time of incident wearing black skinny jeans, knee pads, green jacket with white text across shoulder blades, black gloves and hat, and red messenger bag. Suspect had been seen walking down Thomas St back alley prior to theft. Suspect hopped fence, stole bike, and exited car port by lifting garage door.
