Description of the theft
2 masked theives broke into my apartment building . Prowled around and noticed my bike locked up in my bike storage area. Stole my 2 pairs of shoes, and tried to break the lock . Unsuccessfully at first. They left the building and returned with tools and got the lock open by force and took my bike. This happened in the middle of the night at approximately 4:00AM Monday morning August 14th
