Description of the theft
Was locking up the trailer in the parking garage on Alder between 1st and 2nd, with the unlocked bike on the sidewalk in line of sight, about 10 ft away. A dirty, medium build/height man with a backpack and camo cargo shorts with cropped short hair blonde/brown hair jumped on and rode away. I chased after him for a few blocks yelling, but lost him as he went down Alder toward the morrison bridge.
