Description of the theft
Bike was locked up across from entrance to International Beer Fest on Saturday July 8th. Came back 2 hrs later, realized bike lock keys were missing. Left for one hr to get bolt cutters. When I returned bike, lock (and attached helmet) was missing. Guessing I had dropped keys nearby, someone noticed and took advantage of the situation. Extremely sad day for me!
