Description of the theft
Bike was suspended on a bike rack system that was cemented and glued into a concrete wall, with two bike locks around it. The bike locks were substantially thick. The one lock is completely missing and possibly still around the bike and the other lock was clearly cut. Bike was stolen from “secure” parking garage between the hours of 3:20pm - 7pm on March 10.
