Description of the theft
Eye witness reports a mid 20s white male wearing a dark hoodie and skate shorts rode up to my bike on a black Kona, which he pretended to lock up to a nearby trash can, and then took off with my Ridley. I was sitting in a restaurant not 30 feet from by bike which was in my view at all times, except when I stood up to clear the table.
