Description of the theft
Bicycle was stolen from inside gated garage of The Uptown Apartments at 601 William Street.
Bicycle was inside a locked storage room that (I assume) only residents can access. I had locked it with a top of the line chain lock and ulock, with the battery removed.
I last saw the bicycle when I checked on it in the storage back in November before the rain started.
I returned today to locked storage room and the bike nor the locks were there.
