Description of the theft
At about 6pm on August 22nd 2023, I arrived in my bicycle in front of U-Haul at 3926 Falls Rd, Baltimore 21211 to pick up a rented van. I locked my bike in front of the U-Haul site and let it stand next to an electric pole. When I came back to the U-Haul site at about 10pm, I found my bike has been stolen.
