Description of the theft
Went to viaduct Phs pop up and when I came out bike was gone. Was tied up to a sign at 10th and Hamilton maybe closer to noble st. Helmet was locked with bike and both were gone. Bike had a collapsible side basket and front headlight installed. There was a fixture for the back light but no light on the bike. The photo is the same model as the bike but mine is a bright blue with the fixtures described above.
