Description of the theft
Locked at Southgate Mall, bike rack at south end of bus depot. Locked with heavy cable and heavy padlock. Came back to bike at end of work day and cable was cut with lock still attached, lying beside bike rack. Old beat up bike was left beside rack, unlocked.
