Description of the theft
Parked bike at OMSI front entrance at 0920 on 24-Aug. Bike was locked to the rack. When I returned at 1210 the bike was completely gone and so was the cable lock.
The bike is dark blue, it has plastic silver fenders and a blue metal bike rack atop the back wheel. There was a maroon-colored milk crate bungee'd to the rack but it's possible this was removed after it was stolen.
