Description of the theft
Bike was locked next along with my partner's bike to a metal sign post, each with a u-lock through the frame and front wheel. This was around the corner from PDX Pop Now music festival around 9pm. At 11pm, both bikes were missing and the cut locks were laying on the sidewalk. My helmet was missing and my partner's helmet looks like it was run over by a car.
