Stolen between 12:45 pm and 2:30 pm. Bike was locked to a bike rack in front of building. The lock was cut and left on the ground. The bike had a black rack on the back, a small black saddle bag under the seat, a phone mount on the handlebars, and adjustable fenders on the front and rear wheel.
