Bike was bolt-cut outside of New Seasons. Witnesses helped, but dude made off with bike in the end.

Tattoos on right arm (possibly tribal). Black jacket. Red shirt with yellow writing across. Jeans. Belt with silver square buckle. Gray, sueded shoes with black laces. Neon-green, leopard underwear (exposed when he fell for the third time).
