Description of the theft
My roommate and younger brother went out to eat while I was at work and rode the bikes to the restaurant. Both bikes were locked with a padlock and cable to a sign post. After the meal they returned to find the Diamondback fat tire gone and the other bike on the ground. The cable had cuts in it and the lock appeared to be forced open.
