Description of the theft
The bike was placed in the upper rack of a bike rack in the garage overhang area beside UC Davis's Cuarto residence hall Shasta III at approximately 1:15 pm on 4/24 and locked using a u-lock and a chain lock. The next day, 4/25, at around 11:20 am, the rack was found left down and empty, with the chain lock on the ground. The u-lock and a cord were missing along with the bike. The chain lock appeared to have been removed using a grinder.
